...look like + sentence or noun.
Here are some more examples:
Note the difference in meaning between "Do you smell something strange?" and "Do you smell strange?")
- It smells strange? ....It smells like plastic is burning (burning plastic).
- That sounds great.....It doesn't sound like anyone else can make it to the meeting on Friday night.
- That tastes chocolatey. That tastes like chocolate.
