The correct sentences are, "That English training program doesn't suit me." and "The cap doesn't fit the bottle." or, "The cap doesn't fit."
Remove "suit to" and "fit to" from your database of patterns in your brain. Remember these more useful and correct patterns instead:
It suits me. Or, it doesn't suit me.
(Suit is a transitive verb [他動詞], so no preposition [前置詞] should follow it.
This cap fits that bottle. Or, this cap fits.
(Fit can be both transitive and intransitve[自動詞], thus it is possible to use fit + for + noun (gerund): "This water is not fit for drinking. And, fit + to + infinitive: "The water in the Sumida river is not fit to drink." But, fit in these sentences have a different meaning and are less commonly used....
